Adrian 'Ady' Sarchet (nicknamed La Machina and the Sea Donkey) is a 48-year-old open water swimmer, member of the Guernsey Swimming Club, and an Advocate from Guernsey, one of the British Channel Islands. He is the 21st person in history to complete the Oceans Seven.

Sea Donkey tells the story of Adrian Sarchet and his adventure across the North Channel.
