Andark Lake is a purpose built inland diving lake, located in Lower Swanwick, near Southampton, Hampshire on the south coast of England.
Open Water Swimming
- On 31 January 2015, Kate Steels completed an Ice Mile in Andark Lake in 3.90°C water and -1.00°C wind chill, swimming 1.03 miles in 32 minutes 50 seconds, the first Ice Mile of her Ice Sevens achievement completed on 22 November 2021.
