Andrey Bozhko is a 35-year-old Russian open water swimmer from Moscow.
Open Water Swimming Highlights
- On 10 July 2022, he attempted a 19.5 km crossing of the Tsugaru Channel from Aomori Prefecture to Hokkaido in northern Japan that was aborted after 4 hours 40 minutes.
- He completed a 42 km crossing of the Molokai Channel from Molokai to Oahu in 21 hours 37 minutes in April 2021 at the age of 34.
- On 4 May 2019, he completed a 14.4 km crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco in 4 hours 4 minutes at the age of 32.
- He completed a 33.5 km crossing of the English Channel from England to France in 2021 in 13 hours 48 minutes.
- On 12 August 2019, he completed a 32.3 km crossing of the Catalina Channel from Santa Catalina Island to the Southern California mainland in 12 hours 58 minutes 45 seconds with the support team of Yulia Ovodkova and Andrey Ovodkov.
- In July 2022, he will attempt a 19.5 km crossing of the Tsugaru Channel from Honshu to Hokkaido in northern Japan.
