Atlantic City
Atlantic City is a seaside community on Absecon Island in the state of New Jersey that used to be the site of the Atlantic City Around the Island Swim professional marathon swims of the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's and 1990's.

Red Bull Surf & Rescue
Red Bull Surf and Rescue is a unique multi-discipline lifeguard competition held in Atlantic City on the seaside community on Absecon Island. The competition is open to 4-person teams (3 men + 1 woman) from Cape May to Sandy Hook, New Jersey. The disciplines include ocean swimming, prone paddle board and Van Duyne Rescue Boat under the direction of race director Stephen Delmonte of DelmoSports and technical advisor Bruckner Chase of Ocean City Swim Club.

Red Bull Surf + Rescue Immersion Experience
The Red Bull Surf + Rescue Immersion Experience is a training session on 19 July 2016 designed to provide VIP members of the media with insight into the mind and body challenges faced every day by ocean lifeguards.
