Ben Eales is the head coach of the Marlin Coast Swimming Club that is affiliated with Swimming Queensland and competes as part of the Far North Queensland Regional Swimming Association (FNQRSA) in Australia.
Marlin Coast Swimming Club
The Marlin Coast Swimming Club has members ranging from kids who have just graduated from learn to swim classes to teenagers chasing National honours. The Club is supported by a keen band of parents and community members who love the sport of swimming and provide its' foundation. Marlin Coast Swim Club provide opportunities for young people of Cairns to come together around the sport of swimming to compete, train and have fun. Marlin Coast holds club nights throughout the season providing opportunities for kids to race and become familiar with the rules and procedures surrounding swim meets. Additionally, from September to March there are opportunities to race at A Grade or Family meets against other swimmers from the Far North Queensland region. Marlin Coast Swim Club has proven a rich nurturing ground for some of the Far North's best swimmers.
