Bobby Brewer is a competitive swimmer, open water swimmer, surfer, race director and visionary and Chief Executive Officer behind Open Water Planet, a division of the Triton Collective, a world leader in aquatic marketing, consulting, event management and travel services.

Open Water Planet is an event management and lifestyle-specific brand, dedicated to supporting the open water swimming and open water sports community. It offers open water swimming events like the South Padre Island Open Water Festival in Texas, travel to myriad open water swimming destination sites, and open water swimming gear. Open Water Planet is a division of the Triton Collective, a world leader in aquatic marketing, consulting, event management and travel services. Its executives include Brewer, Olympic champion Lenny Krayzelburg, Casey Taker, and Gregg Cross.

Athletic, Coaching and Professional Career

Brewer was the Head Coach for the 'Iolani Swim Club where he achieved ASCA Level 4 status and guided swimmers to the 2012 USA Swimming Olympic Trials, USA Swimming National Championships, and USA Swimming Junior National Championships.

As a competitive swimmer, Brewer was 1998 USA Swimming Spring National Champion and a US Open Championship titleist in the 100m, an 8-Time USA Swimming National Team Member, and World University Games gold and silver Medalist.

Prior to his work as a coach, Brewer was the Vice President of Premier Management Group ("PMG"), an Olympic-focused marketing and athlete management company. At PMG, Brewer represented some the world's biggest Olympic swimming names including Jason Lezak, Mark Spitz, Aaron Peirsol, Amanda Beard, and Rowdy Gaines. Brewer started his sport management career at PMG directing their events program, Ultimate Technique Swim Clinics, building the program to include over 100 swim clinic events per year around the world featuring Olympic swimmers, coaches, trainers, sport psychologist, and nutritionists.
