- He finished 11th in the 2019 USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Championships in the 10 km race in Miami, Florida on 3 May 2019.
- He finished 18th in the 2019 USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Championships in the 5 km race in Miami, Florida on 3 May 2019 in 56:38.36 at the age of 20.
