Forte de Copacabana (or Fort Copacabana) is a military base at the south end of Copacabana Beach that defines the district of Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The base is open to the public and contains the Museu Histórico do Exército (Museum of the History of the Army) and a coastal defense fort that is the actual Fort Copacabana.

It is the start of the Travessia dos Fortes, a popular open water swimming competition held at Copacabana Beach that was established in 2001 by the Brazilian Army. It is a 3.8 km course with the the finish at Forte do Leme.
