Francis Garrett

Francis Garrett is the navigator and co-pilot of Bodacious and an escort pilot in the Catalina Channel. She escorted Hank Wise across the Catalina Channel from the California mainland to Santa Catalina Island in June 2015 in 8 hours 7 minutes on one of the fastest Catalina Channel crossings in history.
