Frying a Swim
verb - Frying a Swim or doubling up is a term that defines a swimmer swimming double the standard distance of an open water swim.
Named for Elizabeth Fry who swam twice the distance of the standard course at the 2015 S.C.A.R. Swim Challenge in Arizona, U.S.A.
