Graeme Lowe is a British marathon swimmer from Jersey. He has achieved the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming and completed 3 of the Oceans Seven channels. He has also served as a support swimmer and crew for swimmers such as Adrian Sarchet's circumnavigation swim around Jersey ("Round Jersey") on 28 June 2014.

Jersey Swimming Club Polar Bear

Lowe participated in the Jersey Swimming Club Polar Bear relay team that swam an unprecedented stretch of water from Saint-Malo to Jersey in the English Channel on 7 July 2014 in 18 hours 9 minutes. The relay consists of Ian Jones, Wendy Trehiou, Nick Dotter, Graeme Lowe, David le Clercq and Neil Faudemer and was called the La Grande Nag gie (The big swim) and was skippered by Mathew Clarke. The charity crossing was performed on behalf of 3 Jersey charities: Macmillan Jersey, Brighter Futures, and Channel island air search.
