Hit The Wall Open Water Swim Training (or HITtheWall) by Infinity Channel Swimming is a 3-day open water swimming clinic that offers preparation for open water swimmers on their physical and mental limits, safety issues, hydration, nutrition, learning, psychological development, distance swimming, water temperature acclimatisation and teamwork with like-minded people in seas and lakes.

- Venue: Camlough Lake, Camlough Co. Armagh, Newry, Newry and Mourne BT35 7JJ, UK
- Duration:60 minutes of swimming
- Target: night swimming and orientation
- Water Safety: escort boats, glow sticks, kayakers
- Water Temperature: 12-16ºC

- Venue: Warrenpoint Co., Down
- Duration: 3 hours maximum
- Target: Time trial, sheltered coastal swimming, video stroke analysis
- Water Temperature: 12-16ºC
- Equipment: Dry bag containing warm drink, dryrobe or blanket, hat, socks, gloves
- Nutrition / hydration in separate plastic zip lock bag to give to boat crew
- Water Safety: escort boats, lifeguards, sea kayak cover, VHF
- Buffet breakfast served at Lough&Quay
- Venue: Annalong Co. Down
- Duration: 3 hours maximum
- Target: Unsheltered coastal swimming, potentially rough seas with large swells
- Water Temperature: 12-16ºC
- Water Safety: escort boats, lifeguards, sea kayak cover, VHF
- Equipment: Dry bag containing warm drink, dryrobe or blanket, hat, socks, gloves
- Nutrition / hydration in separate plastic zip lock bag to give to boat crew

- Venue: Undisclosed location in North Channel waters
- Target: Unsheltered coastal swimming, potentially rough seas with large swells
- Water Temperature: 11-14ºC
- Water Safety: escort boats, lifeguards, sea kayak cover, VHF
- Equipment: Dry bag containing warm drink, dryrobe or blanket, hat, socks, gloves
- Nutrition / hydration in separate plastic zip lock bag to give to boat crew
- Duration: 2 hours maximum
- Risks: hypothermia, jellyfish, currents, weather changes
- Equipment: togs, goggles, bright swim cap, grease, food, fluids, nutritional supplementation, warm clothes and warm drinks for after, a crew member to support you
- Chill swim bags would be great safety tool as long as there is low winds
