The International Winter Swimming Competition (or the International Holiday of the North or the Polar Olympics) is conducted by the Department of Physical Culture and Sport of Murmansk, organised by Blokhin Dmitry, and is an annual ice swimming competition held annually in Murmansk, Russia.
