The Association planned to issue a monthly publication to authenticate and keep records of a professional swimming events.
Objective
The purpose of the International Professional Swimmers' Association was to foster swimming throughout the world as an international sport. They organized the 1930 race Around Manhattan Island. [Honour Swimmers]] Bill Goll and Bill Sadlo placed 2nd and 3rd.
