Katie Grimes (born 1 August 2006) is a 17-year-old American Olympic pool and open water swimmer from Las Vegas, Nevada who represents Sandpipers of Nevada and is coached by Ron Aitken.

- On 16 September 2022, she won the 7.5 km FINA World Junior Open Water Swimming Championships in Mahé, Seychelles in 1:22:38.50 at the age of 16.
- On 20 June 2022, she won a silver medal in the 1500m freestyle at the 19th FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary in 15:44.89 at the age of 16.
