Kiltan or Kilthān Island is a coral island belonging to the Amindivi Subgroup of islands of the Union Territory of Lakshadweep in India.

- On 29 February 2024, Syamala Goli pioneered an unprecedented 38 km channel crossing in the Arabian Sea from Kiltan Island to Kadmat Island that took her an exhausting 18 hours 35 minutes at the age of 51.
