Laila El Basiouny

Laila El Basiouny (born 1994) is an Egyptian open water swimmer. She is ranked in the 2011 FINA World Cup Rankings and participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in the 10K Olympic qualifier in Shanghai, China. She will also represent her country at the 2012 FINA Olympic 10km Marathon Swimming Qualifier and at the 2013 FINA World Championships in the 5 km team pursuit relay and the 10 km marathon swim.
