Laura Gómez is a 32-year-old Spanish open water swimmer who completed the 27 km Mayan Channel Swim between the coast of Playa del Carmen and Cozumel Island off the eastern point of Mexico on 13 March 2025 in 7 hours 20 minutes at the age of 31.
