Nantasket Beach Swim

The Swim Across America Nantasket Beach Swim is held on 13 July 2013 and is a recreational 1/2-mile charity swim and a 1-mile course for the more competitive swimmers. Along the shores of beautiful Nantasket Beach at the Mary Jeanette Murray Bathhouse in Hull, Massachusetts, this event grows every year and includes college swim teams, club teams, recreational and masters swimmers and people who feel like having fun and doing some good including a few Olympic swimmers. It is organized by Kitty Tetreault.

Requirements

All swimmers must raise at least US$250.

Teams

Teams have been formed to swim in honor or in memory of an individual. There are also have Corporate teams, College teams, High School teams and triathlete teams. In 2011, swim teams from New England Small College Athletic Conference battled it out for the top fundraising team.

CrossFit Division

There will have a CrossFit Division Challenge. Register with the local CrossFit gym.
