Natalia Charlos is a pool and open water swimmer from Poland. She became the first Polish open water swimmer to qualify for the Olympic 10km Marathon Swim where she placed 15th at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

She also placed second among the women and overall at the 2012 BCT Gdynia Marathon, a 18 km professional marathon swim in Poland, and attended the inaugural 2013 Polish Open Water Swimming National Championship as well as win the 2014 LEN Cup 10 km marathon swim on Hungarian national television in Lake Balaton, Hungary.
