Patty Miller

Patty Miller, Esq. is a masters swimmer and the Legal Counsel for U.S. Masters Swimming. She swims for the Virginia Masters Swim Team and received the 2003 Dorothy Donnelly Service Award and the 2013 Ransom Arthur Award from U.S. Masters Swimming. She currently is the chairperson for the Virginia LMSC and married to Dr. Jim Miller, a member of FINA's Sports Medical Committee.
