Paula Yankauskas is a 68-year-old American open water swimmer from Hyde Park, Vermont who serves as a Marathon Swimming Mentor.

- On 26-29 April 2023, she will compete in the SCAR Swim Challenge, a 4-day stage swim in Arizona, with escort kayaker Valerie Yankauskas.
- She achieved the Frosted Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming on 4 February 2019.

- On 22 July 2017, she completed a 45.8 km 20 Bridges Swim around Manhattan Island in New York City in 8 hours 28 minutes at the age of 62.
- On 29 July 2017, she completed the 25 km Kingdom Swim Border Buster in 9 hours 55 minutes 42 seconds at the age of 62.
- On 14 August 2017, she completed the 5th Annual 9-mile (14.4 km) marathon swim on Lac Massawippi in 5 hours 20 minutes 57 seconds at the age of 62.
- On 23 September 2017, she completed the 30 km Three Rivers Marathon Swim in the Ohio, Allegheny, and Monongahela Rivers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 11 hours 42 minutes 45 seconds, finishing 10th overall.
- On 14 October 2017, she completed the 16.6 km Swim The Suck in Tennessee in 4 hours 42 minutes 47 seconds at the age of 63.
- Between 25-28 April 2018, she completed all four stage swims of the SCAR Swim Challenge in Arizona (9.5-mile or 15.2 km Saguaro Lake + 9-mile or 14.4 km Canyon Lake + 17-mile or 27.3 km Apache Lake + 6.2-mile or 10 km Roosevelt Lake), finishing 30th overall at the age of 63 in a cumulative time of 22 hours 48 minutes 15.7 seconds.
- On 28 July 2018, she competed in the 25 km Border Buster in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont at the age of 63.
- On 6 September 2018, she completed the 33.8 km crossing of the English Channel from England to France in 15 hours 49 minutes 5 seconds at the age of 64 to complete the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming and the Frosted Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming.

- On 8 October 2022, she completed the 16.6 km Swim the Suck in Tennessee in 4 hours 57 minutes 23 seconds at the age of 68.

Honors
- Yankauskas was selected as the 2013 NEKOWSA Swimmer of the Year. Yankauskas swam all seven days of the Swim The Kingdom Week, logging 31 miles for the week and 47 miles total in all of the Northeast Kingdom Open Water Swimming Association (NEKOWSA) races in the summer of 2013 when the WOWSA World 10-mile Swimming Championships and the 6-mile Son of a Swim are included. Her achievement earned her NEKOWSA Open Water Swimmer of the Year.
- Yankauskas was inducted in the Vermont Open Water Swimming Hall of Fame in its inaugural Class of 2017.
- She was named one of the World's 50 Most Adventurous Open Water Women in 2019 by the World Open Water Swimming Association.
