Sandra Ramírez Vinay is a 54-year-old Mexican open water swimmer.

- On 17 July 2026, she completed a 19.5 km crossing of the Tsugaru Channel from Aomori Prefecture to the Matsumae Peninsula on Hokkaido in 10 hours 6 minutes 10 seconds at the age of 54 in 23°C water under the escort of Captain Hashimoto of Ocean Navi and coaching of Patricia Kohlmann.
- She competed in the 2022 Trans Tahoe Solo.
- On 8 August 2025, she completed the 32.3 km crossing of the Catalina Channel from Santa Catalina Island to the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California in 11 hours 29 minutes at the age of 53.
- On 30 April 2016, she competed in the 14.2 Los Cabos Challenge in Playa Palmilla, Mexico in 5 hours 35 minutes.
