noun - Swimming Is Medicine (or Swimming Wellness) is an aquatic-based program developed by Open Water Source. The 8-week session aimed at corporate fitness programs encourages and supports working adults and their families and neighbors to take up swimming as a form of exercise and preventative medicine. It combines pool swimming with POW (Pool Open Water) sessions and open water swimming.
