Team Poseidon and Team Neptune on 21 September 2019 before crossing the 32.3 km Catalina Channel

Team Neptune is an American relay team representing Swim Long Beach in Long Beach, California that participated in a 32.3 km tandem relay crossing of the Catalina Channel from Santa Catalina Island to the Southern California mainland on 21-22 September 2019 with the following team members: Sam Fandrich, Mike Tran, Dave O’Neil, Devon Beebe, Fred Gilbert, and Gerry Parker. They swam concurrently with [Team Poseidon]] consisting of Jeff Wheeler, Brian Kelley, Steve Sanchez, Tess Parkhouse, Jose Villa, and Tina Weidenkeller.
