Bonnie Schwartz

Bonnie Schwartz is an American pool and open water swimmer who is a member of CIBBOWS, NYC Swim, and the South End Rowing Club. She is the Volunteer Coordinator for the NYC Swim events.

Schwartz, a former collegiate sprinter, has also completed a number of open water swimming competitions including the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim in 8 hours 53 minutes in 2002 and the English Channelin 13 hours 28 minutes in 2005.

Bermuda Circumnavigation

She was the coach for Lori King's 36.5-mile, 21 hours 19 minutes circumnavigation swim around Bermuda on 15-16 June 2016 that won the 2016 Yudovin Award for Most Adventurous Swim by the Marathon Swimmers Federation.
