Hunter Wright

Hunter Wright is a 17-year-old American open water swimmer from Redding, California who completed an ice swim across the Strait of Magellan in 5.6ºC (42.1ºF) water on 17 January 2014. He dedicated his swim to Lynne Cox and his best friend who passed away in January Andrew Jones. He is also a two-time winner of the Alcatraz Classic in San Francisco Bay.
