Open Water Swimming Career Highlights

On 13 August 2000, he crossed the 14.4 Strait of Gibraltar from Cires Point, Spain to Morocco in 5 hours 17 minutes at the age of 40.
On 26 August 2001, he crossed the 14.4 Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco in 5 hours 55 minutes at the age of 41, together with Balasaheb Ramchandra Ghadge.
On 2 August 2002, he crossed the 14.4 Strait of Gibraltar from Perejil Island in Spain to Morocco in 6 hours 10 minutes at the age of 42, together with Balasaheb Ramchandra Ghadge.
In 2003, he completed the 24.5 km International Swimming Marathon of Toroneos Gulf in Greece from Kallithea to Nikiti Beach in 12 hours 5 minutes.
On 8 August 2004, he completed the 26.4 km Lake Zurich Marathon Swim in Switzerland in 12 hours 38 minutes 55 seconds at the age of 44.
On 13 September 2006, he crossed the 14.4 Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco in 5 hours 30 minutes at the age of 46.
