Sergio Chariandini (or Sergio Chiarandini) was an Italian pool and open water swimmer.

Open Water Swimming Highlights

He won the 7 km Hawaiian Christmas Looong Distance Invitational Rough-H2O Swim on Oahu in 1993 as a 25-year-old finishing in 1:30:03 to 1:30:09.
On 9 July 1989, he finished 8th overall in the 36 km Maratona del Golfo Capri-Napoli in Italy in 7 hours 10 minutes 29 seconds.
On 6 July 1991, he finished 2nd overall in the 36 km Maratona del Golfo Capri-Napoli in Italy in 6 hours 53 minutes 33 seconds.
He participated in the 13th Traversée Internationale du lac Memphrémagog on 21 July 1991.
He won the silver medal in the 25 km marathon swim at the 1991 FINA World Swimming Championships held in Perth, Australia, finishing in 5 hours 3 minutes 18.81 seconds.
He competed in the 1994 FINA World Championships in Rome.
