Lauren Arndt is an Australian open water swimmer from Miami, Queensland.
Open Water Swimming Highlights[edit]
- She represented her country at the 2004 FINA World Open Water Swimming Championships in Dubai, UAE placing 3rd in 10 km individual event and 3rd in the 10 km team event.
- She competed at a number of FINA World Cup from 2004 to 2007 with three Top 10 finishes in Dubai, Hong Kong and the UAE.
- She finished 4th in the 2003 19.7 km Rottnest Channel Swim in Western Australia.
- She finished 14th in the 36 km Atlantic City Around the Island Swim in 2003.
- She finished 2nd in the 2002 10 km Oceania Championships in Noumea.
- She won the 25 km race at the 2005 Australian Long-distance Swimming Championships in 5 hours 40 minutes 40 seconds.
- She won the 5 km race at the 2004 Australian Long-distance Swimming Championships in 1 hour 3 minutes 10 seconds.
